What are loyalty points and how do I get some?
When you shop with us, every purchase is worth loyalty points.Every 10 dollars = 1 loyalty point. Every point is worth 1 dollar and you can use your points on the site to purchase more items. A purchase of $100 gives you 10 loyalty points and this is equal to a 10% discount. You can obtain as many points as you want. Once you reach a limit you decide, you can use the points to pay your purchases.
For example, if you made purchases totalling $2000, then you would have 200 loyalty points added to your account. When you come back to make another purchase, you could choose to use these points to buy anything worth $200 and have it for free, or you could save them and build up more points to use in the future.
If you have 100 points=$100, you can purchase an item that costs $90. You will have 10 points left in your account. But you cannot buy an item that cost $110 and pay the difference. You need 11 points to buy it.
Apart from points on purchases, we also give you FREE loyalty points for helping us to improve our site and service.
- 1 POINT when registering to the website
- 1 POINT for every friend you recommend our site to, using the Invite a friend facility (visible only to logged in users)
- 1 POINT every time - after receiving the product you purchased from World of Tennis - you write a short review in the product page
- 2 POINTS if you pay by direct deposit
- 2 POINTS when you write a testimony about World of Tennis on the page Testimonials.
Please note that we do not round up, so for instance, if your order totals $29.00, you will get 2 points not 3. The loyalty point system does not apply on ball machines and stringing machines.
You do not earn points for the following:
- orders where you pay with a gift certificate,
- orders where you pay with points
Loyalty points are automatically assigned to your account. It may sometimes take 24 hours for your points to show up incase of manual adjustments.
You can see how many points you have collected by clicking the tab Points earned (visible only to logged in users) in the dropdown menu LOYALTY POINTS.
When you choose to spend the loyalty points, your points will be reset so you can start saving again.
